The Role
As a UI/UX Designer at Newrite, you will play a key role in creating intuitive, visually engaging, and functional user interfaces. You’ll work on a variety of projects, including websites, landing pages, emails, design systems, and product interfaces. Your creativity and problem-solving skills will help transform complex concepts into user-friendly designs that resonate with audiences.
What You'll Do
Design and deliver user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces across digital platforms, including websites, landing pages, emails, design systems, and product design.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts.
Create engaging user experiences that align with client goals and brand aesthetics.
Conduct UX/UI evaluations to assess usability, accessibility, and user journey, providing actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure seamless design implementation.
Utilize AI-driven design tools to enhance workflow efficiency and creative output.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches into design projects.
What You'll Do
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric designs.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Figma AI plugins and Adobe Firefly.
Strong understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to create development-friendly designs.
Proficient knowledge of platforms like WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify is a strong asset.
Experience in building and maintaining scalable design systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
