The Role

As a Lead Generation Specialist at Newrite, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting outreach campaigns, and managing initial communications. You will focus on building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads, engaging prospects through email, phone, and social media, and ensuring that promising leads are passed on to the Sales Development Representative (SDR) for further engagement. Your ability to generate high-quality leads will be essential to driving business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and research potential leads through various online channels, databases, and social media platforms.

  • Conduct outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social media to initiate contact with potential clients.

  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and nurture leads through the initial stages of the sales funnel.

  • Schedule sales calls or meetings for qualified leads with the Sales Development Representative.

  • Collaborate with the SDR to ensure smooth handoff and consistent communication with prospects.

  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and outcomes in the CRM (e.g., zoho CRM).

  • Track outreach performance metrics and regularly report on lead generation activities.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify new lead opportuniti

What You'll Do

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound lead generation, customer outreach, or a similar role.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proven ability to generate high-quality leads through various outreach methods.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and email automation tools.

  • Comfortable with conducting cold outreach via email, phone, and social platforms.

  • Highly Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.

  • Attention to detail and reliable, timely follow-up practices.
