The Role
As a Creative Project Manager at Newrite, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of client projects, from initial concept to final delivery. You will coordinate between designers, writers, editors, and other creative professionals to ensure smooth project execution. Your organizational skills and ability to manage creative workflows will be crucial in meeting client expectations and delivering high-quality work on time.
What You'll Do
Manage client projects from concept through completion, ensuring all milestones are met.
Assign tasks to designers, writers, and editors based on project requirements and team strengths.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverable schedules.
Monitor project progress, address bottlenecks, and ensure that creative output meets client standards.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
Facilitate collaboration between creative teams, ensuring consistency and alignment with client goals.
Oversee quality control and final checks before project delivery.
Resolve project-related issues efficiently and proactively.
Maintain clear documentation of project processes and outcomes.
What You'll Do
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in creative project management, preferably within a marketing or creative agency.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools (like Asana, Trello, clickup) to manage tasks and timelines.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to lead creative teams and collaborate across disciplines.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
Experience in managing creative deliverables, including design, copy, and multimedia content.
Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of quality.
